A PhD research study is currently seeking registered nurses (RNs) working in staff roles to share their experiences and perspectives related to challenges encountered in nursing practice.

Participation involves a one-time confidential online survey that takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. Participants may also volunteer for an optional follow-up interview to further discuss their experiences.

Compensation is available for eligible participants:

• Survey participants: First 200 participants may receive a $10 Amazon e-gift card

• Interview participants: $50 e-gift card upon completion of the interview

This study aims to amplify the voices of bedside nurses and contribute to research that may help inform future nursing practice and workplace support initiatives.
